Senior Property Manager in San Diego, CA - $80-$100k DOE

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing commercial properties, demonstrating a proven track record of success in optimizing property performance, tenant satisfaction, and financial outcomes. Must have experience with CAM reconciliations

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Develop and implement comprehensive property management strategies to enhance asset value and achieve investment objectives.
Manage tenant relationships, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and modifications, maximizing rental income and minimizing vacancies.
Coordinate property maintenance and capital improvement projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive operational efficiencies and achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial property management.
Strong knowledge of commercial leasing laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional designations such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM (preferred).
