I’m partnering with a leading real estate development firm seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office buildings in Plantation and Sunrise. This high-touch role requires a seasoned professional with strong commercial property management experience, leadership abilities, and expertise in tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for property management operations, ensuring excellence in tenant services and building performance.
Oversee and manage Property Management staff, fostering career growth and professional development.
Serve as the primary liaison for third-party owners, ensuring contract compliance and timely reporting.
Track budget variances, monitor cash flow, and oversee financial operations to ensure efficiency.
Manage the billing process, invoice payments, and fund disbursements.
Lead tenant relations, addressing concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Conduct regular property inspections to uphold quality and operational standards.
Oversee construction projects in collaboration with the Construction Manager, approving contracts and invoices.
Ensure full compliance with property management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of experience in commercial property management, specifically in office buildings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
CPM, RPA, or CSM designation is highly desirable.
Active real estate license required.
Strong knowledge of building operations, financial management, and budgeting.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team of professionals and vendors.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
