We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and technical expertise to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to sell and schedule necessary service work in our service department, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership standards of superior workmanship. Key Responsibilities: Schedule service appointments and gather customer and vehicle information before their arrival. Welcome customers promptly in a friendly manner, both in-person and over the phone. Accurately record customer vehicle issues on repair orders. Conduct test drives with customers to verify their concerns. Analyze service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend additional services as needed. Provide detailed, accurate written estimates for labor and parts, and set clear timelines. Secure customer approval for all repairs and ensure clear communication about any changes in estimates or timelines. Review repair orders to ensure completed work meets quality standards and additional work is authorized. Participate in training and company meetings as required. Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills. Technical knowledge and interest in the automotive industry. Ability to handle various tasks efficiently and adapt to changing situations. Professional demeanor and appearance. Commitment to quality and safety standards.
