Job Title: Service Associate
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Compensation: $18 per hour
Requirements: Background and drug screening required
Job Description:
Under significant guidance and direction, the Service Associate provides customer service for company products in the Client Service Center. The role involves using prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and participant and client claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from active and terminated participants/employees of the company Insurance Agency (PIA) clients
• Handle inbound calls from client/employer plan administrators
• Provide education on products, company policies & procedures, or IRS guidelines & regulations
• Escalate tasks or documentation to other teams within the PIA
• Develop and maintain a basic working knowledge of company products
• Use systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
• Document all interactions, perform data entry, maintain strong prioritization and organization
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree (preferred)
• 1 year of client or customer service experience
• Research and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task across multiple screens
• Contact center or call center experience (preferred)
