As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our operations, ensuring that everything from service requests to scheduling runs smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, service technicians, and internal teams, making sure service appointments are handled efficiently and that customer satisfaction is always a top priority. Your ultimate goal? To keep our customers happy and our service operations running like a well-oiled machine!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Communication: Be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll take service requests, answer questions, and keep clients informed about the status of their requests. Your friendly, professional communication will ensure our clients feel valued and heard.
Schedule Coordination: Organize and schedule service appointments, ensuring that technicians are dispatched to the right location at the right time. You’ll maintain efficient schedules to optimize technician time and minimize downtime.
Problem Solving: Handle any service-related issues that arise, from scheduling conflicts to technical difficulties. You’ll work closely with service teams to find quick and effective solutions to keep things moving.
Documentation & Reporting: Track service requests, create work orders, and maintain detailed records in our systems. You’ll help ensure everything is documented accurately for future reference and client billing.
Inventory & Equipment Management: Assist with managing inventory and equipment necessary for service appointments, ensuring technicians have what they need before heading out to the field.
Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians, sales teams, and management to ensure seamless service delivery. You’ll help prioritize urgent requests and keep everyone aligned to meet customer needs.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers are happy with the service they receive. You’ll follow up to confirm that issues are resolved, and that any feedback or concerns are addressed promptly.
What You Bring to the Table:
People Skills: You are a natural communicator who enjoys interacting with people. You know how to handle client inquiries, manage expectations, and keep things professional—even when issues arise.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple service requests at once without missing a detail. Your ability to prioritize will be key to keeping operations running smoothly.
Problem-Solving Ability: Whether it’s a scheduling conflict, a client concern, or a service hiccup, you know how to think on your feet and find quick, effective solutions.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, and other office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.). Familiarity with service management platforms is a plus!
Customer-Focused Attitude: You genuinely care about providing the best service experience possible. You’re always looking for ways to exceed customer expectations and make things easier for them.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, operations, or a similar coordination role is ideal, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
