A leading construction company based in Deerfield Beach is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager with extensive experience in restaurant construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing all aspects of service department operations, including warranty work, billable services, and small projects, while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the service department, ensuring all warranty, service, and small project work is completed efficiently and profitably.
Schedule and bid small construction projects, acting as Superintendent when necessary.
Ensure timely completion of warranty work and handle any service-related repairs.
Oversee billable service work, ensuring accurate billing for all hours worked.
Maintain strong client relationships by personally overseeing current customer accounts and ensuring their satisfaction.
Manage departmental financial performance, including purchasing, scheduling, billing, and collections, in coordination with the accounting team.
Hold weekly service department meetings, attend management meetings, and provide regular reports to the Director of Project Management.
Provide leadership, direction, and training to service department personnel and conduct performance evaluations.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with a strong background in restaurant construction.
Thorough knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Ability to read and comprehend detailed construction plans and documents.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present to clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Project, and Procore.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
