Summary: Responsible for collecting finished products from inventory and arranging deliveries to fulfill customer orders. All employees are responsible for food safety and quality, and must report any suspicious behavior or issues to their immediate supervisor, QA, or management. The Shipping Manager serves as the backup for the shipping employee and will handle designated tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow company policies, programs, and procedures such as SOPs and SSOPs.
• Accurately retrieve finished products according to regulatory and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and reliable traceability when recording shipping activities in ERP.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Complete required documentation in a clear, concise, legible, and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• General work experience in shipping, warehouse, and receiving is helpful.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
