Shipping & Receiving Manager
Location: Greeley, CO
Pay: $22-$24/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday

Job Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage daily operations, ensure timely and accurate shipments, and maintain efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and optimizing shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage the entire shipping and receiving process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
-Coordinate and oversee order processing, shipment scheduling, and inventory control.
-Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation.
-Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Order Entry teams to ensure seamless operations.
-Handle urgent shipments, special orders, and same-day requests.
-Train and lead team members to improve productivity and maintain high standards.


Qualifications:
-Management experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations.
-Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate daily workflows.
-Proficiency in inventory management, order processing, and shipment tracking.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
