Manufacturing Plant Manager - Construction Innovator

We are a global leader in advanced modular building solutions, delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings efficiently. We're seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead our state-of-the-art production facility, with a focus on discrete manufacturing processes.

Role Overview:

You'll lead all aspects of factory operations, driving operational excellence and developing your team within a modular manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong presence on the factory floor and a commitment to building a dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead factory operations, focusing on construction techniques and discrete manufacturing.
Develop and mentor direct reports, ensuring expertise in modular construction manufacturing.
Set and enforce performance expectations.
Cultivate a collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with design to enhance DFM for modular components.
Implement a plant performance management system.
Oversee financial management (plant P&L).
Optimize production lines, focusing on modular assembly.
Provide quarterly progress reports.
Qualifications:

15+ years of manufacturing management experience.
5+ years in general management.
Understanding of building products (cabinetry, windows, trusses, wall panels).
Experience in off-site, modular, or panelized construction is highly preferred.
Experience with automated production.
Proven track record of ramping up production.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent coaching skills.
Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred.
