Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a vital role in aligning business objectives with employee initiatives and management strategies within designated business units. Acting as a consultant, employee champion, and change agent, you will proactively identify HR-related needs and develop integrated solutions that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing expert guidance on HR policies to mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Offer day-to-day performance management advice to business unit leaders, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary action support.
Collaborate closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention rates.
Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, source, screen, and assess candidates, and negotiate job offers while ensuring compliance with company policies and pre-employment processes.
Develop terms for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers, enhancing the employee experience and workforce planning.
Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters, partnering with the International HR Manager as necessary.
Provide strategic input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identify training needs for business units and executive coaching opportunities, collaborating with the Organizational Development team to facilitate impactful training programs and monitor their effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources or a combination of education and experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of various HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity initiatives, performance management, and familiarity with federal and state employment laws.
Advanced understanding of HR policies, practices, and regulations across all functional areas.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with business acumen and advanced project management capabilities.
A collaborative partner and effective change agent, able to conduct complex work independently and exercise sound judgment.
