What You’ll Do:
? Drive full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top talent across various industries
? Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities
? Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic staffing solutions
? Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and candidate experiences
? Utilize innovative recruitment strategies, market trends, and data-driven insights to attract top talent
? Network and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals
? Stay up to date on staffing trends, employment laws, and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For:
? 5+ years of recruiting experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on business development
? Proven success in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth
? Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and workforce solutions
? Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
? Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and digital sourcing techniques
