As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accurate reporting. Your responsibilities will include:
Accounting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
Assist with tax preparation and filing
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
