This role will support financial operations by maintaining records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
-Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Analyze financial statements and provide variance analysis.
-Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
-Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
-Prepare and file tax reports, including sales and use tax.
-Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
-Monitor budgets and assist in forecasting activities.
-Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
