Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to manage complex accounting tasks and contribute to strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in NetSuite. This role involves preparing financial statements, conducting account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.
• Report financial data and insights to management to support decision-making.
• Establish and maintain tables of accounts, assigning entries to proper accounts.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems using NetSuite.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and reporting needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 6+ years of accounting experience).
• Proficiency in NetSuite is a MUST.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
