Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Resource Development to lead fundraising efforts and expand our impact. Reporting to the Executive Director, you'll design and execute innovative strategies to secure major gifts, corporate partnerships, planned giving, and more. You’ll also lead marketing and communication strategies to enhance the brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute diverse fundraising strategies, focusing on leadership gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation partnerships.

Cultivate relationships with major donors and drive new funding partnerships.

Work closely with the leadership team to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.

Lead a high-performing fundraising team and guide the board and volunteers in donor stewardship.

Stay current on trends in philanthropy to implement best practices.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 7-10 years of relevant experience.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in fundraising/business development.
Proven track record securing major gifts and corporate partnerships.
Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership.
