Strategic Sourcing Manager (hybrid role) to develop global sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and identify cost-saving opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in procurement, negotiation, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and service.
•Lead negotiations and manage supplier contracts to achieve the best value.
•Analyze market trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
•Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and support new product initiatives.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in manufacturing.
•Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
•Excellent communication and project management abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP: SAP, experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
