I’m partnering with a General Contractor in Miami seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare construction. This is a direct-hire opportunity with room for growth, ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in managing complex projects in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee ground-up and renovation healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain smooth operations.
Enforce OSHA standards and healthcare-specific construction protocols.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
Resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining project schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction (hospitals, medical offices, surgical centers, etc.).
Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations, infection control, and healthcare construction protocols.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of construction scheduling software and project management tools.
