ABOUT THE JOB: Seeking 2-3 Office Assistants with Customer Service experience to assist with phones in the call center and assist with a temporary project for a travel firm. You will answer phones in a professional manner, assess their needs, distribute as needed, assist the team with any event operations/production, maintain files, assist with email correspondence, process web orders, enter literature requests, assemble packets, run labels, distribute mail, and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2-5 years of customer service experience and office work
• Professional phone skills/communication skills
• Strictly maintain confidentiality
• Very strong attention to detail
• Strong people skills to interact effectively and professionally with all customer types
and other departments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills combined with a
thorough understanding of the event process.
• Performs well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-
paced environment.
