A well-known accounting firm in Downtown Santa Barbara, CA is looking for a Tax Supervisor to join their team!

Pay: $90K-$115K/year
Location: Company based out of Santa Barbara, CA 93101. Position offers on-site, hybrid, or fully remote flexibility.
Schedule: Full-time, M-F

Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing complex tax returns and reviewing tax returns of a moderate to complex nature. Actively seeks a greater understanding of tax issues and laws and achieves individual goals that support personal and professional development. Begins to assume so accountability for engagement management and for providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff.

Qualifications:
-B.A./B.S. in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Accounting Certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience in the industry
-3-5 years of experience with an accounting firm
-Must have experience in trust & estate planning
-Desired software experience: CCH ProSystem or Access
-Experience training and leading teams
