Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23.50/hour

Our innovative medical device company is seeking a Tech 1, Quality Assurance professional to join our BD Field Assurance Department. About the Role
Reporting to an Engineer in the BD Field Assurance Department, you will play a vital role in fielding and processing customer complaints from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. This department is responsible for investigating root causes of product failures and managing reports to regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer complaints with precision and efficiency.
Manage and analyze data related to complaints.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of reports.
Education:
Associate degree or two years of experience in a regulated industry.
Experience:
Preferred background in data entry, processing, and analysis with a high degree of accuracy.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
