help solve the customer’s business need.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Design, communicate and present effective solutions, designed to win business supporting sales initiatives.
? Requirement gathering, discovery and documentation on clients and prospects to create a true value
proposition that supports the company’s role as experts in the Telecom industry.
? Take a lead role during the presale to ensure that the value added solutions are comprehensive, achieve
customer goals and provide an outstanding customer experience.
? Support sales to develop and ensure a strong business relationship with the customers to maximize new
business opportunities and promote upselling.
? Track and monitor accepted solutions and final impact on customer’s business from a technical perspective.
? Prepare and present production and services reports as requested.
? This position may require assist the ETS Manager in assigning presales requests to the other members of
the group.
? Will manage special projects as assigned.
? Other duties may be assigned.
