Our client is looking for a motivated Electrical Test Technician! The ideal candidate will have experience performing testing and evaluation of high power, high voltage switching power supplies and associated subassemblies, documenting failures, troubleshooting faults using block diagrams and schematics - electrical/electronic 2 year degree or military training required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in testing activities, troubleshooting, training, and demonstrating a “hands-on” approach as needed.
• Schedule and assign work for technicians and ensure proper skill sets and cross-training to meet the demands of the business.
• Maintain accurate administrative paperwork, i.e. time sheets, vacation requests, data collection, etc. for the Production Test Department. Conduct performance reviews and ensure all company policies and processes are followed and recommend changes and new processes as required.
• Assist engineering with design, development, and validation of new products, along with associated production test requirements/equipment Qualifications:
• Perform as liaison between Production and Engineering, cascading information and helping to assign organizational responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of success and can articulate the results.
• Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information discreetly.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in electronic digital/analog discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Software- AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office
• Power conversion experience. A high voltage background.
