Tow Truck Driver (Direct Hire)
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $20-$25 per hour (Based on experience)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Bakersfield! This direct hire position offers full-time hours with a Monday-Friday schedule. If you have a clean driving record and at least 2 years of tow truck driving experience, we would love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations.
Provide excellent customer service during vehicle recovery and towing.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the tow truck.
Follow all traffic and safety regulations to ensure safe operation.
Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely and accurate service.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of tow truck driving experience.
Clean driving record is required.
Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment.
Dependable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
