Under the guidance of the Head of NAM Operations, this role is pivotal in training and assembling specialized products. The supervisor will coordinate with Operations to schedule and manage all training and assembly activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the training and assembly of various products.
Complete necessary project paperwork.
Provide technical support to operations and sales teams.
Manage tool inventory.
Train new hires and employees on advanced assemblies.

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience with MV and HV cable construction and preparation.
Prior experience with cable accessories.
Thorough industry knowledge.
Strong presentation and customer service skills.
