Job Title: Training & Support Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Onboarding: Develop and implement training programs for new hires; provide ongoing training and periodic refreshers to current employees.
SOP Development & Documentation: Create and maintain standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Cross-Departmental Support: Provide coverage for employee absences, assist with tasks such as invoice processing, financial reconciliation, and reporting.
Office Support & Compliance: Support financial record-keeping, month-end/year-end processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Special Projects: Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent); associate’s degree or certification is a plus.
Experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
