This Traveling Superintendent - CA, AZ, TX Position Features: • Great Pay to $87K AppleOne is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents for an opportunity to support projects in California, Arizona, and Texas! Candidates MUST have the following: - High School Diploma/GED - 4+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience - Experience with Hotel Construction/Renovation projects highly desired - Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desired - Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably with experience in managing hotel renovations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in construction management software and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
