VP of Engineering

$150K-$175K
We are looking for a strong leader to be our next Vice President of Engineering.
Preferred candidate must be registered as a professional engineer in North Carolina.
Job Details & Responsibilities:
• Defining the vision for the office.
• Determining the personnel and other resources needed.
• Hiring the best talent.
• Lead and manage office employees providing guidance and support.
• Identifying target clients and projects throughout North Carolina.
• Advancing clients’ relationships and leading proposal preparation.
• Ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Maintaining profitability of the office.
• Representing the company's best interests.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field
• Fifteen years of experience in marketing, managing, and designing water resources, transportation, and/or other engineering projects.
• Candidates must be well-versed with the engineering market in North Carolina and must have strong leadership and communication skills.
