Our client is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of inventory, shipping, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
Utilize a hand-held scanner or other inventory management tools to track and process products in the warehouse.
Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as needed (training provided if required).
Ensure timely and efficient processing of shipments, coordinating with the shipping team to meet deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to warehouse safety protocols.
Assist with unloading incoming shipments, inspecting goods for damage, and properly storing inventory.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and meet daily operational goals.
