We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. This position requires physical labor, including standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (with assistance for heavier items), and working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: 2499 New Point Pkwy, Suite 100 and 200, Lawrenceville, GA 30043
Parking: Free parking available
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately select and pick products from warehouse locations.
• Load outbound trailers efficiently.
• Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, and material handling duties.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety regulations (training provided).
• Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training may be required).
• Handle equipment valued up to $150,000 with care.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, or 1 year within our company.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move heavy objects with wheels (up to 700 lbs).
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Must be a team player with good communication skills.
• Work may involve exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners, as well as minor cuts and burns.
Dress Code
• Wear weather-appropriate clothing.
• No open-toed or heeled shoes (e.g., Crocs).
• No tank tops, halter tops, cutoff jeans, or clothing with holes.
• No clothing with offensive or profane graphics.
