Position: Warehouse Floater
Location: Fremont, CA
Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $21-$23/hr

Job Description: As a Warehouse Floater, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks within our manufacturing warehouse. From kitting products for cabling to operating equipment and managing shipping and receiving activities, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:
• Kit products for cabling
• Operate equipment such as vertical cablers, horizontal cablers, twisters, and respoolers
• Conduct receiving activities including inspecting shipments, matching packing slips, and entering receipt data into ERP systems
• Coordinate work with various departments including cabling, assembly, and shipping
• Process shipments, calculate freight costs, and ensure accurate documentation
• Conduct inventory management including cycle counts and year-end inventory assistance
• Operate forklift as needed and maintain good housekeeping of the warehouse area

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read prints, BOMs, and work orders
• Forklift driving experience and certification
• Experience with respooling and inventory management is a plus
