We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in a metals industry facility. This role is responsible for directing and coordinating production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the metals industry and a strong background in warehouse operations and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
Review production orders and schedules to determine product requirements and delivery timelines.
Plan and prioritize production operations to meet company objectives.
Prepare and coordinate operational schedules to maintain product quality and efficiency.
Monitor production reports and resolve any operational, manufacturing, or maintenance issues.
Inspect machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and utilization.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and workplace safety protocols.
Address and resolve employee concerns or escalate issues to management or HR as needed.
Maintain and retrieve production data for reporting and analysis.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
Conduct required safety training for team members and enforce safety protocols.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage up to 8 subordinate supervisors, overseeing a total workforce of up to 130 employees across multiple departments.
Oversee hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee management in alignment with company policies.
Provide leadership in work assignments, performance assessments, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:
Experience in the metals industry is required.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a warehouse or production environment.
Ability to coordinate operations, improve efficiencies, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address operational challenges proactively.
