Pay: $22-$24/hr DOE
Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm
ONSITE in Escondido, CA

We are seeking an experienced Technical Parts and Machinery Warehouse Specialist with a strong background in equipment service, inventory management, packing, logistics, warehouse maintenance, and shipping & receiving processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in handling small electronic parts and equipment, managing inventory systems, and ensuring seamless shipping and receiving operations. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, customer service experience, and excellent communication skills to support both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

- Forklift Certification Required
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on parts inventory and maintenance of small electronic components.
- Expertise in inventory management, tracking implementation, and logistics.
- Extensive knowledge of shipping processes, including packing, transportation, import/export, and freight handling.
- Experience negotiating with shipping and freight carriers and managing damage/claims processes.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to provide technical support for company equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting and any other WMS.

(English is a 2nd language for this boss, so this role is the go-to to ensure all correspondence is highly professional with accurate spelling and grammar. Computer savvy - MS Office, Excel)
