Are you a detail-oriented Warehouse Planning Specialist with experience in food distribution? Do you excel at optimizing warehouse operations and planning for efficiency? Join our team in Portland, Oregon, and be a key part of ensuring seamless warehouse and distribution operations for our fast-paced food warehouse.

What You’ll Do:
? Plan and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient food product distribution
? Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is properly stored and readily available for shipping
? Analyze and implement warehouse layout improvements, optimizing storage space and workflow
? Work closely with procurement, logistics, and transportation teams to align warehouse capacity with delivery schedules
? Manage and forecast inventory needs, ensuring minimal stock-outs and overstocking
? Assist in developing processes for product labeling, picking, packing, and shipping
? Oversee inventory control procedures, including cycle counts, audits, and reporting
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
? Provide data-driven insights on warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement

What We’re Looking For:
? 3+ years of experience in warehouse planning, preferably in the food distribution industry
? Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse optimization, and logistics planning
? Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
? Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
? Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
? Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
