Warehouse Supervisor

Required Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in computer skills for managing inventory systems, emails, and reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in inventory management, including stocktaking, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve warehouse-related issues.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with employees at all levels (both senior and subordinate).
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule when required.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound goods, as well as damaged and returned items.
• Coordinate shipment activities with teams in the USA and China.
• Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents.
• Handle, maintain, and supervise the use of equipment in warehousing operations.
• Adhere to and enforce safety rules and procedures.
• Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols within the warehouse.
• Develop and streamline warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, including stocktaking, cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate and oversee all logistics within the warehouse.
• Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively perform their tasks.
• Strategically plan to improve warehouse processes, creating a more efficient fulfillment system.
