As a Wealth Management Associate, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice and solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and families. You will build and maintain long-term client relationships, deliver tailored wealth management services, and collaborate with internal teams to offer a full range of financial products and services, including investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and lending solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, a client-centric approach, and the ability to navigate complex financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals, needs, and objectives.
• Provide personalized wealth management advice on investments, asset allocation, retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and lending.
• Develop and implement customized financial strategies that align with clients’ long-term objectives.
• Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and investment opportunities to provide timely advice and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., estate planners, tax advisors, portfolio managers) to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, managing clients' portfolios, ensuring they receive proactive and tailored financial services.
• Regularly review client portfolios, performance, and risk exposure, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Maintain strict adherence to compliance regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
• Actively pursue new client acquisition opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development.
• Monitor and manage client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and financial products.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in wealth management, private banking, or related financial services.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, estate planning, tax planning, and financial markets.
• Established network and strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Series 7, Series 66, or equivalent licenses preferred (or willing to obtain).
