Wealth Management Private Banker We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Wealth Management Private Banker to join our team. In this role, you will partner with branch managers, associates, financial advisors, and commercial and residential loan officers to provide tailored financial advice and solutions to clients. You will focus on acquiring new high-value clients, deepening relationships with existing clients, and delivering an exceptional level of service across deposit, lending, and investment needs. Role and Responsibilities: Assess clients’ financial needs, identify opportunities, and deliver comprehensive financial advice, independently or in collaboration with partners. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to exceed business development goals. Establish a reputation for excellence and consistently execute on client strategies. Collaborate effectively with branch managers, associates, and internal partners to identify and develop banking opportunities. Serve as the subject matter expert for all branch inquiries regarding banking products and services. Analyze the competitive landscape and implement strategies to retain and acquire new business. Communicate effectively with clients and partners to deliver seamless banking and financial solutions. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum 3 years of financial services industry experience, preferably with a commercial, investment, or private bank. Series 6 and 63 (or 66) securities licenses required; Series 7 preferred. Proven track record of business development and successful partnerships with centers of influence. Strong understanding of local community needs and demonstrated community involvement. In-depth knowledge of credit products, including residential mortgage products, home equity lines of credit, and commercial credit facilities. Expertise in banking and lending products, including deposit and cash management solutions. Ability to assess financial needs and deliver customized client solutions. Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, colleagues, and partners. Excellent business development and marketing skills, with a consistent ability to achieve results. Ability to tactfully and professionally screen, manage, or decline transactions while maintaining client relationships. Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations. Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills. Formal credit training preferred.
