With a dedicated focus on providing tailored lending solutions, this company stands out with its exception-oriented mindset and unwavering commitment to specialty lending. Committed to steadfast dedication to the Non-QM market over the past three years, distinguishing it from lenders primarily focused on agency and government loans. With a goal to lead the Non-QM lending space, Offering ten unique programs catering to a wide range of Non-QM/Non-Prime borrowers, including diverse options such as multiple bank statement programs with varying expense calculation options, Non-Prime Full Doc programs, Investor-based programs with No Income or Employment requirements, ITIN financing for undocumented residents, and many more.
This company is currently expanding its sales team as we are hiring remote Wholesale Account Executives.
