As a Paralegal for their Intake Department, you will manage incoming phone calls, outbound follow-up, responding to inquiries via live chat and website submissions, utilizing the electronic case management system to open new cases and set tasks for follow-up. You will work with department heads to determine if they meet the firm’s criteria for retention and manage files until they are assigned to their attorney.
