Short Description:

Responsible for purchasing media space to support advertising and marketing campaigns based on the efficacy of the platforms and media channels selected for each message.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime.
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels.
  • Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
  • Negotiate ad space and time slots with various media outlets.
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix.
  • Participate in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns.
  • Prepare media schedules and adjust when needed.
  • Work with leadership to develop effective media buying strategies.
