Short Description:

A Video Producer is responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and editing of video content for various media platforms. They manage all aspects of video projects, including scripting, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with directors, editors, and crew members. Video Producers ensure that the final product aligns with creative and strategic goals while maintaining high production quality. Strong project management skills, creativity, and expertise in video production techniques are essential for success in this role.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Create multimedia (audio/video) content for internal company announcements, external promotional activities, product marketing, recruiting, corporate training, and other enterprise-wide projects.
  • The script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to facilitate the creation of multimedia content.
  • Plan video shoots, including scouting, selecting, and reserving shoot locations.
  • Develop and manage production schedules.
  • Select and hire crew and talent.
  • Direct and coach talent
  • Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/SFX, media management, and archiving.
  • Manage video library.
