Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a strong understanding of the construction industry. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Manage employee benefits programs and handle inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
