Short Description:

A Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online engagement. Their duties include overseeing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and websites, as well as analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. Digital Marketing Managers collaborate with creative teams to create compelling content and ensure consistency in messaging across platforms. Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role, as they play a vital part in enhancing the organization’s online presence and achieving marketing objectives.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and report analysis of the site and social traffic.
  • Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars.
  • Establish and monitor Return on Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.
  • Manage day-to-day messaging, posts, etc.
  • Oversee the company website (including images, tools, and content) and social media profiles.
  • Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience).
  • Provide customer service by answering questions and concerns when necessary.
  • Update and manage the company’s digital presence via blog, e-newsletter, social media, etc.
